Some inactive affiliates of YTB International are suing the company. Another company, MOR Vacations has opened it’s doors to those left stranded by the suit.

The names of the former YTB International agents are Faye Morrison and Kwame Thompson. Filed in the Illinois Federal Court, there are more than one thousand other litigants.

MOR Vacations can not help with the law suit, but it is helping representatives.

YTB International is accused of inducing pople to become travel agents while looking like they sell travel services.

$100 million dollar is the amount that the accusers are requesting as penalty.

YTB faces another $15 million dollar litigation brought on by the CA Attorney General.
